NOTICE: Please periodically return to this page to keep up to date on information regarding the construction in the park and how that’ll impact the festivities.
The Parks Department is now requiring each booth vendor to read and fill out the Qualified Vendor Program information pack and then submit it to them before you can have a booth in the park. The QVP information/form has recently been updated and condensed into one document. If you have already filled out the previous form, you do NOT have to do it again. You can find this document at:

To Thrive Not Just Survive!
Since 1992, Spokane has seen the LGBTQA community come together to honor those brave individuals that fought back against the police raids in 1969, 50 years ago, at the Stonewall Inn in New York. The Stonewall Riots were a turning point for the gay rights movement. The following year, in 1970 the cities of Chicago, Los Angeles and New York all held parades commemorating the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. Since then, cities around the globe have started marches and parades as well.
The first march in Spokane was literally on the sidewalks and was sponsored and coordinated by Spokane PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays). The following year a permit was ordered and the march was in the streets, followed by a small rally in the park. This June marks the 28th year we’ve celebrated Pride in Spokane. Join us for a day to celebrate who we are, honor our past, and look forward to our future. Please come and enjoy the day of festivities and Pride with us. Everyone is welcome!
The Pride Parade starts downtown at Noon so be sure to get down early. Our Rainbow Festival opens immediately following the Pride Parade. The Rainbow Festival will be at Riverfront Park Lilac Meadows (East of the Clock Tower). Live Entertainment, Resource and Business Fair, Family Area, Odyssey Teen Zone, and the nYne Pride Bar featuring Beer, Wine, & Spirits await you. Bring your entire family for a day of fun! We celebrate the diversity in our community and welcome our straight allies to party with us! All gender identities and sexual orientations are celebrated at our family reunion!
Back by popular demand, our celebration will be going into the night with an All Ages Dance Party. The nYne Pride Bar will stay open late and at approximately 10pm, there will be a fireworks display, weather permitting based on local officials’ determination in case of less than optimal weather conditions.
There is something for everyone at Pride; be a part of it. We hope to see you there.
